Tuyo: a delicacy from the Sea is the official entry of Bataan National High School for the Doon Po Sa Amin (DPSA) Learning Challenge -- Year 3. The project's purpose is to explain what "tuyo" or dried fish is and to describe the
process involved in making such. Also in this study, we will be giving account on how this salty dish became
popular, not only to us Balangueños, but also to other nations worldwide.
