 Homemade Tuna Sardines


Ingredients:

4 spoonfuls of tomato sauce
2 spoonfuls of cooking oil
1/2 teaspoonful of salt
1/3 teaspoonful of monosodium glutamate
2 slices of green chilli pepper

Procedure:
1.Remove the scales, bones and internal organs of the tuna.
2.Slice the tuna into desired measurements to fit into the can.
3.Steam the canned tuna for 20 minutes.
4.Remove the residue from the can. Put the tomato sauce and other ingredients.
5.Close the can and heat it for 1 1/2 hours at 240 °F.
6.Put the canned tuna in the running tap water so that it will not be overcooked.
7.Wipe the can with a dry and clean cloth.
