Export General Procedures

These are the general procedures on how to export. First, it will start from the exporter, then it will be brought to the shipping or Airline Office and will be declared if the cargo has a clearance or without clearance. If the baggage is declared without clearance, it will be brought directly to the Bureau of Customs (BOC)/ OJECD, while if it is declared as with clearance it will be brought to the Government Office before going to the Bureau of Customs (BOC)/ OJEDC. In the BOC/ OJEDC section, the cargo will be classified if it will be delivered trough air or sea. Under the airline office it will be brought directly to the authorized agent bank where the exporter will submit the following documents:

• Export Declaration

• Commercial Invoice

• Packing List

While if it is in the shipping lines, the cargo will be determined as contaminated or non-contaminated before going to the authorized agent bank.
