Export Documentation

There are three classifications of export products: freely exportable, regulated/ controlled, and prohibited. The documents needed in exporting products are the invoice, export clearances, and export declaration. The invoice is a commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services that the seller has already provided. The export clearance is issued to products listed under presidential decree (PD) No. 930; it is the pre-exportation requirements by concerned government agency. The export declaration is a form where the exporter declares and certifies the full particulars of his shipment. It is required by the Bureau of Customs prior for loading of the shipment of any of the custom ports.
