Mushroom
center is also one of the sections of the
Central Luzon State University
(CLSU), which can be found the details and information about the
mushroom industry. This Center has different kinds of mushroom which has
several uses. They also provide and produced mushroom products in their
process called Fruiting
Bag,
whereas a pack of mushroom is sealed in a plastic bag and preserve
within a week to produce an economical product which can they sell in
our community and serve as a food.
They preserve their
fruiting bags in their preservation room called
Mushroom Tilapia Growth
Chamber,
In which the fruiting bags are being laid over the pond of the tilapia
fishes which ate the waste of the fruiting bags. Their purpose is to
save funds for the foods of the catfish (tilapia) and to use the waste
of the fruiting bags.
They also made
vinegar using their mushrooms. And they also provide
Ganoderma Lucidum,
which is a kind mushroom that used in coffee making.
