A festival is an
event, usually and ordinarily staged by a local community,
which centers on some unique aspect of that community.
However, in a province of Nueva
Ecija many festivals were being celebrated attributed
to different purpose and reasons. Among many religions, a
feast or festival is a set of celebrations in honor of God
or gods But there is a unique celebration that became a
tradition among people in there community. And this is what
they called “The Taong Putik
Festival”.
But what is
“Taong Putik Festival”? Why this being celebrated? Where it takes place? Who
is honored by people during this festival? And what makes it
