The team should provide the following materials that in order to achieve a successful waste auditing: o       Gloves – to lessen the exposure of diseases caused by wastes by means of handling. o       Mask – to lessen the exposure of diseases caused by the waste fume by means of breathing. o       Thongs – in order for them to avoid from wounds caused by broken glasses or metals that has rust. Helps them to pick up wastes which are unpleasant. o       Weighing Scale – to measure the weight of the solid waste that we have gathered or the team has gathered. o       Bins – serves as the container on the waste collected. For the collection by room, we used the commercial garbage bag. For the sorting, we used 3’x4’x2’ bin which is made of chicken wires and block of wood, much better to put some stand to avoid the unnecessary reactions with the waste. o       Calculator – used for the computation and leads to interpretation. o       Pen and Paper – for recording and analyzing.  

Text Box: 3. Plan where would be the location on conducting this study. It could be a school, Barangays, municipalities, etc. in this study we have used the school as a sample. 4. Orient the people involve in order for them to do their duties very well. Plan the wastes that should be segregated. For example in this study we segregated Dry Plastics, Wet Plastics, Plastic cups and bottles, cans, papers, and Biodegradable.
