On the blessing and turn-over ceremony of the 3n1 building in Barangay Curva last July 22, 2008, Mayor Eric C. Codilla requested the PNP, CSWD, City Health personnel, and the 18 barangay chairmen that comprises the west district to take good care of the said building. He cited that the aim of this project is to contain the illness in one area. He added that this is also a preventive measure in contamination of ailments of different patients. This will also help to decongest the number of patients as these respective units are nearer to the residence of our respective barangay constituents, than in the City Health Office located in the city’s government center . The PNP will now be fast in responding to any police assistance a resident may ask. The CSWDO, which has an installed unit in the building places different personnel assigned to different sections like women, youth, and senior citizens sections.

SPO2 Teofanes Montebon will be assigned to take charge on the police matters, Dr. Camela Cam will lead the health services together with Dr. Erwin Into the dentist and Ms. Lourdes Devila will lead the CSWD.

City councilor Pepe Alfaro was also thankful to the mayor for realizing the project and bringing the government closer to the people. Curva Barangay chairman Noelcito Wagas and his constituents were very proud that the building is located in their brgy.

Mayor Codilla cut the ribbon and Father Edgar Mallen led the blessing ceremony. City councilors Pepe Alfaro, Chuchi Pepito, Pading Parrilla, Demy Tugonon, Payling Omega, Menoy Maglasang, and Lea Villar witnessed the occasion. ODH chief Dr. Norberto Oja, Engr. Doni Cayanong, Engr. Oliveros, Dr. Nelita Navales, Mayet Legaspi, Supt. Sanches, and the 18 barangay chairmen of the west district were also present. Mr. Ben Matiga of the brgy, Affairs hosted the event and it ended with a nutritious lunch.
