• Methodology
The team had used the DIG, GATHER and MAKE
method to address the pressing concerns that the environment needs.
DIG:
The team had conducted fact-finding and expedition to the seemingly-payatas
mountainous trash and interviewed nearby residents about other problems they
encounter aside from the reports from media. The team also utilized all known
resources by asking city statistics regarding the garbage-problem at the city
hall and from existing publications and reports from newspapers, teaming with
other barangay officials ang gathering information from online resources.
GATHER: From our gathered resources and
help from concerned citizens, the team had conducted seminar entitled “TOWARDS
A LOW CARBON CONSUMPTION to students to integrate community-awareness and
therefore had led to inviting Sir Fred Fangonon, a barangay captain who
initiated a project proposal for the city’s problem, in which where our FOCUS
STORY centers.
MAKE: Creating our
story is integrated from attending seminars and workshops to learn the art of
writing and familiarization to computer programs like web-page making, adobe
photoshop and etc. |
