       Timoga Pools

Timoga swimming pools were first established by the Marso family and have been handed down to generations. It is located near Taytay spring where they get their water. The water in the spring flows down to the Timoga exactly right down to the pools.

At first it was just a family pool for them to have fun, but when their parents passed away the children equally divided the land they own which has 2500 to 3000 sq. meter. Mr. Pedro Marso the eldest of the family was the one who first inaugurated the first public swimming pool in Timoga in 1965 and it was named the Main pool. It has one worker and the pool had earned 1 million pesos per year. When the business boomed, it was followed by his siblings. They build other swimming pools namely: Holiday Pool, Mimar’s Pool, Spring Pool, Main Pool, Dela Mar Pool, and Maravilla’s Pool. The owners of Timoga make improvements to beautify and enhance the place for the people to fully enjoy the beauty of the place.
