FEATURES
Known for its influencial history, great art and magnificent culture, the City of Santa Rosa has been named as the Cultural and Heritage Mecca. Its arts encompasses literature, visual arts and the performing arts, including music and dance. Its rich culture is mainly all about the distinctively human activities and values which show how profound Santa Rosa is.

Note:
There is a difference in the original lyrics of the song, by former Councilor Constancio Alignay and Maestro Mario Alojado, with the lyrics shown above. This is because the version with the first line, "Ikaw Santa Rosa", is more popular with teachers and students.
The "Santa Rosa" was composed by Constancio C. Alignay and arranged by Mario D. Alojado into music during 1969. This is a dedicated work of the two to their beloved land Santa Rosa. In the song, Mr. Alignay described the town as simple, yet rich in resources. He also wanted to express that the people of Santa Rosa was so blessed in their land, and the best way to show ones gratitude is through thanking Him for everything - their land, their jobs and blessings received and their lives- thus, bringing happiness to every Roseñan.
