Anually, the City of Santa Rosa and its people showcases their different talents and products in their own field. Some of the city festivities are the Sikhayan, Baraka, Salambao, Indakan and Luklukan.

Cultural Heritage sites are commly associated with things in the past. Without them, the future of ones location won't be the same as what they are today. Places like this had contributed a lot to the society's development. The City of Santa Rosa has always been proud of its own: The Arch, The Welcome Santa Rosa landmark, The Plaza, Cuartel de Santo Domingo, Pre-CoLonial Ancestral Houses and its church, The Santa Rosa de Lima Parish.
