FEATURES
Known for its influencial history, great art and magnificent culture, the City of Santa Rosa has been named as the Cultural and Heritage Mecca. Its arts encompasses literature, visual arts and the performing arts, including music and dance. Its rich culture is mainly all about the distinctively human activities and values which show how profound Santa Rosa is.
The Santa Rosa de Lima Parish
This church is one of the oldest cultural spots in the city. It was establish using the Baroque type of architecture, a stone church reflecting the rich heritage of the townspeople of Santa Rosa. The parish church is named after its patron saint Santa Rosa de Lima, (the first saint of the Western hemisphere declared in 1671, proclaimed by Pope Clement X) the second patron saint of colonial Philippines.
