Anually, the City of Santa Rosa and its people showcases their different talents and products in their own field. Some of the city festivities are the Baraka, Sikhayan, Salambao, Luklukan, Indakan and Bilayakid .


Known  for its influencial history, great art and magnificent culture, the City of Santa Rosa has been named as the Cultural and Heritage Mecca. Its arts encompasses literature, visual arts and the performing arts, including music and dance. Its rich culture is mainly all about the distinctively human activities and values which show how profound Santa Rosa is.
BARAKA is a summer festivity that attempts to revive the dying crafts of Santa Rosa City and showcases the best of the city's products. Baraka is a Mexican word which means "stall", a small booth. It was envisioned by Chit L. Lijauco,
the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Cento and Dra. Cristina T. Miranda, President of Santa Rosa Medical Society and was launched by the year 2002 which was held at Santa Rosa de Lima Parish for four consecutive years. Food products like Okoy, Pichi-pichi, Halaya, Bok's icecream, Halo-halo, Balut and Salted Egg; footwear from traditional sapatillas and the step-ins to beaded flip-flops; Aling Ayang's RTW; The Alternative Learning System, under Mr. Felipe Macarubbo, demonstrations on Candle Holder Making, Free make-up, Free haircut were featured and some were sold. Baraka is not only a Trade and Tourism Fair. It has a cultural component wherein Kababayans who have excelled in their crafts are recognized, thereby motivating the enterprising traders and craftsmen of products ethnic to Santa Rosa City.
