The company's processing plant, which is strategically located in the Southern part of the Philippines, is a key product advantage. Situated in General Santos City, it is an ideal base of operation for first-rate, yet cost-effective and commercial tuna produce. General Santos City is known as the “Tuna Capital of the Philippines.” It is adjacent to the Western Central Pacific Ocean where 48 percent of the world's tuna is harvested. The total daily yield of tuna caught in the area can in fact, best that of other fish ports. Thus, we at Alliance Tuna International, Inc. are able to source the freshest high-grade quality Skipjack and Yellowfin tuna species. Also within the location is the availability of tuna-related support infrastructure including an international fish port and airport, cold storage facilities, and modern container terminals.

Alliance Tuna employs about 1,500 people in total. The products manufactured in the company's crannery are sold all over the world. Not only here in GenSan, Alliance Tuna has also a very geographically spread clientele, where distributing their goods over 50 countires which includes US, Europe, South America, and Africa.
