Can Making Factory

To assure excellent quality and to meet high sanitary demands, the company taken everything a step further. Located within the same factory complex as with the tuna processing plant, it's the state-of-the-art-can-forming plant which supplies most of the requirements of Alliance Tuna International. Costumers can choose from a range of standard can sizes and packing styles, whichever suits and meets their requirements' discriminating criteria.

Three-piece and Two-piece sanitary and high-quality cans are produced at least cost and are tailior fit for the customers' requirements. The Three-Piece Can Line is capable of producing 603 different can sizes at a rate of 150 cans per minute whereas the Two-Piece Can Line is capable of producing 307 diameter cans at a rate of 180 cans per minute. The canning plant's advanced technology and cutting edge equipment reassures the company's commitment to yield incomparable products - from start to finish. The post-harvest technology makes certain of the maximum shelf-life of tuna through top of the line packaging materials, down to the storage warehouse, for storing finished cans awaiting shipment.
