A garbage truck unloads its contents to the city's dump site, next door to St. Therese Day Care Center. A man rummages through the garbage in search for something of use. This is a common sight in their community. Dumpsite: a plethora of colors and stenches to us, a vast playpen for these kids. Aren't they supposed to be in school? Welcome to St. Therese Daycare Center, next to their makeshift church. This is St. Therese Daycare Center where learning begins for the less fortunate kids of Upper Doongan. Moryo-moryo's backyard. Isn't this supposed to be called a 'comfort room'? Memories of the first recognition program of St. Therese Day Care Center. These tattered notebooks and books are the only sources of information available for the kids of Moryo-moryo. Are these enough for one whole school year?
