The celebration of “Harian” started with “HULI-WHITE” in the year 1951 when a purely white rooster was suddenly seen while a group of friends is having a shindig. Astonished by what they’ve seen, they tried capturing the white bird thus the word “HULI” was given which means to seize and WHITE referring to the color of the bird. During that night, they proclaimed themselves as the three kings in honor of King Melchor, King Gaspar and King Baltazar and call their kingdom “HULI-WHITE”. The celebration was done annually and from there a series of other Kingdoms was established.
HULI-WHITE is the father of all “Harian” in Vinzons which is celebrated every 6th of January in time with the celebration of Three Kings.
HULI-WISE is the celebration of Harian in Brgy. 2 which started in the year through the initiative of the Purok 5 President Willy Balane. The harian is patterned to HULI-WHITE thus the term HULI and WISE referring to the three wise men and is celebrated every 2nd Saturday of January.
The IMPERYO ’97 is the Harian celebration of Batch 97 graduates of Vinzons Pilot High School. Right after graduation, the officers decided to celebrate the said harian as their form of reunion which is being held every 29th of December. Unlike other “harians”, the real names of the present kings are used but instead of using “King”, the word “Imperyo” is added to the name.
Tres Pilotos is the “harian” of male members of the faculty of Vinzons Pilot High School and is celebrated every 2nd Friday of January. The kings were named King, Pi, King Lo, and King To.
Su-Hi-Ba is the “harian “ celebration in Brgy. 1,Vinzons, Camarines Norte which is celebrated in the month of January. The name came from the main products of the place: Sugpo, Hipon and Bangus which became the main source of income of the people. The kings in this “harian” are named King Su, King Hi, and King Ba.
Tres Reinas is the counterpart of “harian” in Brgy. Guinacutan, Vinzons, Camarines Norte. Before, men of the said barangay celebrate “Harian” but their wives were ostracized so the ladies decided to establish their own celebration and named it Tres Reinas. Today, it is the only celebration in the area which is done every January.
Banawang 3 Kings is the “harian” in an area in Brgy. 3 which is celebrated every 29th of December. Unlike other “harians”, Banawang 3 Kings has only one King and the celebration is held in the residence of the present King.
Al-Si-Pu is the “harian” of Poblacion 1,2 and 3 which is celebrated every January 4 of the year. The name came from the words “Alak”, “Sigarilyo” and “Pulutan” which were the favorite stuff of the men in the area. The three Kings were named King Al, King Si, and King Pu.

“Neighborhood” is the harian of Brgy. 3, Vinzons, Camarines Norte which is celebrated every December and done in the cockpit arena of San Roque. It is participated by the all members of the family in the neighborhood. The name of the kings were patterned from the three wise men; King Melchor, King Gaspar and King Baltazar.
