expensive and only few can afford to acquire the said unit. Hence, the proprietor of JOY TABLE SAUCE, Mr. Roderico B. Cane, made innovations using his abilities, knowledge, and skills in creating his own version of boiler.

Boiler Operation: The heating surface of the boiler is composed of tubes close to one another placed inside the furnace and heated by turbulent flame of rice hull fuel. The generated wet steam is transferred to two individual pressure tanks. The steam generated by the boiler is fed to the pressure tank and pneumatically controlled to 30 pounds per square inch (psi) only.

Pneumatic Boiler: a water tube type, fueled by rice hull. Is constructed mostly by ordinary materials, like pressure tanks, ball valves, check valves, mono stable solenoid air valves, air cylinders, relays, water level sensor rods, compressor, pressure regulator and a pressure gauge.

The casing is made of second hand steel drum that were usually used as containers for crude oils, it makes this kind of boiler user friendly for it is safe and easy to maneuver when assembled.  Not like in our traditional boilers that most parts are especially designed and manufacture  making  it   more.

The steam generated by the boiler is supplied continuously to eight (8) units of cooking kettle. During the operation the cooking kettle will not exert or build up a pressure because the steam circulates only or passess through the heating surface from one kettle to another. Condense water from the kettle will be returned to the pressure tank for reheating. The transfer of heat is faster since the thickness of the kettle is 1/8" inch. However, the steam produce by the boiler is appropriate for cooking purposes only.
