Methodology

        To be able to come up with some data and results, the fourth year students, together with the coach, organized the plan on how to come up with a sturdy proof of data. The senior students we’re group according to their puroks so as to finish the activity promptly and accurately. Their questionnaires and waivers are processed and the survey proceeded after every class within 4:00-5:00 PM starting with their tasks on their respective puroks. Then, after conducting the survey, all the results gathered are collated and furnished for easier evaluation of data and the group also visited health centers to get some other data or records to be able to compare the results of the collated data from the survey about the top ten common illnesses.
