The team which is composed of 4^th year students conducted a survey regarding the top ten common illnesses encountered in the different households of the community here in our barangay (Loakan). Therefore, we are able to come up with base line data on the top ten common illnesses occurring in each household.

             Based on the presented data baseline of the top ten common illnesses, we want to call the attention of the barangay officials and health volunteers to at least set some plans regarding our information in further promotion of a healthy lifestyle and a campaign of clean and green community awareness.

             We want to help and appeal in the programs planned by the person-in-charge concerning the top ten common illnesses and with these notices we want to suggest for more cautious acts and preventive measures from the leaders.
