Methodology

             To come up with the research study, Camiguin in Numbers, the group underwent few steps.

            First of all, the group gathered information from different sources such as the internet, government agencies, and private establishments and studied the set of fact extracted from different sources. Furthermore, to come up with the population projection, the group followed the mathematical formula:

• Population projection = (population of a certain time   x   annual growth rate)   x   number of years from the certain year to the desired year to be projected

• Doubling time = 1   ÷   population growth

• Birth rate = (no. of births   ÷   midyear population)   x   100

• Death rate = (no. of deaths   ÷   midyear population)   x   100
