The Making of Electronic Flasher in School:
The target started when the Smart
Schools Program requires a group of student-researchers in every smart school to
join the competition on the community research. Then, one of the students of
Lupon Vocational High School who lives in Sittio Bundas of Barangay Bagumbayan
suggested that almost all of the fishermen in their community use flasher to
catch squid. It replaces kerosene lamp in catching squids. It is of great help for
the fishermen in Bundas. Now in our school the students make flashers as their
project and sell it to fishermen with a price of P450 pesos.
