Conclusion/Results
The use of electronic
flasher showed positive result, giving a high source of income to the fishermen
in the area.
Result
showed that the daily expenditures of the fishermen are coped up with the
equivalent monetary value of being caught squids.
It further
implies that the squid fishing using electronic flasher augment the state of
living among the people of Sitio Bundas and a potential gateway to squid fishing
industry.
Recommendations:
The focus study can be developed
more if the flasher will not limit to squid fishing alone. It will be more
interesting to the fishermen if it can attract other fishes and even tuna. The
length of the power chord, the color of the light as well as the time of
submersion to water when investigated will be more attractive to many audience
and readers.
