Tours, trivia, enough data and information were completely given to us by Mr. Pedrigal.

The Provincial Training Center has been successful for many years as well as beneficial not only to the people who work and live near it but also to the whole province. The dedicated workers in the place prove that working hard and having a good communication with each other turn bronze into gold----that is, a simple thing to success. This success is being achieved with the help of the path being led by the two men behind the rays of the sun---Mr. Armando Pedrigal and Mr. Pepe Obario.

Mr. Pepe Obario, Provincial Center Chief for Fisheries.

On the other hand, a man born in the city of Ilo-ilo, Mr. Pepe Obario is known as the Provincial Fishery Coordinator in Marinduque. He is currently the Agricultural Center Chief for Fisheries of the Provincial Training Center.

He pursued his college at the University of San Agustin, took up Bachelor of Science in Education, Major in General Science. He started working on 1969 and had worked on Naic Fish Farm in Cavite as well as in the Provincial Fishery Office in San Jose, Mindoro. He also worked in several provinces in Southern Luzon as a specialist on Fisheries. With a wide knowledge about fisheries, Mr. Obario was able to teach on some universities about fisheries.

On 1987, he was employed in PTC up to present. He joins many conferences usually being held in different places in Luzon that help him to be more shrewd in his expertise.  His skills on fisheries has made the PTC rise and shine on its own, together with Mr. Pedrigal in agriculture.

Because he’s a diplomat, Mr. Obario arrived with an amazing lecture about fisheries.
