Conclusion

       Recommendation

         Our mayor, Pedro Acharon Jr. aims to make our city become industrialized and productive.

         And this city was awarded as one of the most competitive mid-sized cities as of year 2000 and 2002 in the Philippine Cities Competitiveness Ranking Project 2007 of the Asian Institute of Management Policy Center.

           "To have a competitive city, we have to produce competitive individuals and it starts from evaluating our individual strengths and knowing what we can do, and what we have and do not have. through this evaluation, each individual will find out their own weaknesses, and they will know how to accept it. Improve yourself first before you improve other things."

           "To have a livable city, we have to create healthy communities and it starts in our own homes. Parents must send their children in school in able to know the good moral or right conduct."

           "To make City well -controlled and governed everyone should enrich pro-active consciousness. And it starts with our sensitive awareness of what is going on around us. Everyone should be responsible to their surroundings. We must participate in activities that concerns for the improvement of the City."
