Toxic Fume Isolator: An Abstract

This massive effect on creatures living on Earth is barely due to global warming. The causes of this warming remain violent due to human activity. Such that, observed warming cannot be satisfactorily explained by natural causes alone.

Actions of people with regards to their acts of proper disposal and intimate care to the environment are not well practiced in this generation. Due to that this study aims to minimize the release of carbon unto the environment that destroys the ozone layer.

For the designed method of this study the following materials were used: a bicycle pump, lump charcoal, kerosene and a matchbox or lighter, the toxic fume isolator and plastics.

Plastics were placed in the container. To avoid leakage from the container seal the whole device. Lit charcoal was placed in the drawer and was slid in the device. Once the charcoal was heated the whole container, the steel plate then be taken out of the toxic fume isolator then the plastic will be burnt on the charcoal. Lock the toxic fume isolator. After every 3 minutes air was pumped in one full push of the bicycle pump in the container for air to enter the toxic fume isolator, to keep the heat of the charcoal burning then observed what happened.

After the sequenced testing of the prototype the results were found that after every trial, the smoke that was contained inside the device disappeared and an observed grayish soot became visible at the inner walls of the device.

After the results were analyzed, the researcher came up to a generalization that the TFI can be used to isolate toxins from burning plastic since deposition occurs the soot produced can then be relocated to a different container for safety reasons.
