Who is Juno?

Who is Juno? Juno is referred to as the personification of air. Doon po sa amin, our industry is catching up with todays modernism and technology. But in line with the modernization, our dear Juno is slowly choking to death. With the rise of new companies and factories, and a greater number of vehicles, also rises the black air that might harm not just Juno, but also us individuals.

Hininloan, in our local dialect, which means "cleansed" is the action done by Oponganons. With the initiative and human instincts of the citizens, in cooperation with the local government, the City of Lapu-Lapu is currently taking action in the air pollution scenario. Let us call this, "Helping Juno, the Oponganon Way".

In this study, hininloan is intended majorly for Juno who is now seeking for the purest air to breathe throughout the world. This is also the main reason for us, as students of Lapu-Lapu City, who wants to help our little friend and our Mother Earth experience a torment of lifetime.

Let the change begin in ourselves, then in our communities and though nationsand the world. Let us see to it that from now on, a change in ourselves would change the lives of millions.
