On July 19, 1983, a group of around 30 families were transferred and ferried to a place called “Uhaw” a vernacular term which connotes scarcity of water. The first identified leader of the settlers was Antonio M. Not new to the area and service oriented, he multiplied his achievements by establishing more imfrastructures projects like water system in almost all Puroks totaling 13 units, 9 day care centers, 1 gymnasium and the establishment of Fatima Elementary and Fatima High School respectively.
